Subject to availability, your order is usually shipped within 1-2 working days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock we will back order it for you and we aim to dispatch back order items within 28 days – it’s usually sooner. If this happens, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Perfect Ponies endeavour to despatch made to order products within 7 days – in some cases, due to unforeseen circumstances, please allow up to 21 days.
If you are ordering goods for a Christmas gift or a show, we highly recommend that you place your order approximately 4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
We cannot accept liability for late deliveries and there will be no postage refunds for late deliveries.
PLEASE NOTE: During Christmas, New Year and Public holidays there may be a delay on all deliveries.
Returns & exchange
All returns must be sent postage paid within 14 working days to qualify for exchange or refund. We highly recommend recorded shipping because we cannot accept responsibility for mislaid returns parcels. You should always retain a proof of postage.
How to return or exchange a product *
In order to return an item for refund or exchange, you should generate a Return Authorisation code to attach to the item. Please ensure the items returned are in a new, re-saleable condition and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

All items made to customers own specifications are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are faulty.
What you need to know
Simple exchanges – same reference but different size or colour – will be sent postage FREE to UK mainland only. However, postage will be charged for any additional items or different styles ordered as part of an exchange.
Although we do not charge for exchange, please note there will be a £3.00 handling fee for all refunds of goods received after 14 days.
All refunds are for merchandise only – postage is non-refundable in any circumstances.
We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible; however, it can take up to 3 weeks to complete.
Post Christmas orders may be returned up until the end of January.
To aid the speed of your return/exchange processes please enclose a copy of your invoice as well as your instructions.
